Samsung SCX-3405W does not work after the firmware update

Hi,

does anyone know how to reset the printer software or run some bootloader mode in the printer?

After upgrading to SCX3405W_V3.00.02.05, the printer remains on the power button and the green status icon.

It does not respond to connecting to USB or attempting to turn on.

Any idea what can be done ??

maybe re-update the firmware?

I've seen this way, but it doesn't work because the printer won't turn on, 

two icons, blue and green, are lit all the time

I have the same problem, but my power button after a few seconds blinks and turns blue again and i can't turn off or print anything

I couldn't fix it, the printer went to the service, but they didn't fix it either

very sad, I have mine in the same situation, I will open a formal complaint to see if samsung resolves it
