a "printer board" isn´t listed, so i´ll gonna post my issue here.
i have the above mentioned printer. since some weeks it mostly says "wait image" when i turn it on. then nothing is possible: i can´t neiter print or scan, nor can i select other options.
the only solution may be to pull off the electricity connector ... in some cases it will print one order or perhaps two. but mostly it will remain saying "wait image".
could that deal with the fact that i updated to macos big sur ? i suppose not cause it worked the first weeks after having updated.
asking the www i´ve read that "wait image" means to update the firmware. but i did that - if i haven´t failed there.
i suppose that´s a tecnical error from the device. what would you recommend me??
