Samsung Portable SSD T5 not recognizing password
I have had the same password for 3 years and today my T5 no longer recognizes it. I have not changed the password since the device was new.

@Carrie_Joy Software for Factory Reset should be available (though you would lose any Data you do not have elsewhere). Initially need to email SamsungMemory@Hanaro.eu
