Hi @Moni415 Are you able to Boot into Recovery Mode, when the laptop turns repeatedly hit the key until it boots up. This can vary depending on make though, sometimes can be the F2 ,F9or F12 key.
once in the Recovery Mode select Troubleshoot and may need to look at repair options.
