First time posting, so apologies if I have posted this in the wrong place but...

I was initially given a delivery date of 7th March after placing the order on 20th Feb.

As you can see below, it has now been delayed 3 times to 17th, 24th and now 30th March, and when I contact Samsung, they just keep saying we don't have stock, you'll have to wait.

Why take orders if you cannot fulfil them?? They even had more available for sale as they supposedly restocked a couple of weeks ago, which is clearly a load of crop.

Not sure where or how I can help with this...

Have they charged your payment method for the monitor yet?

Yep, payment went out on the 20th Feb when I made the order

If you paid by credit card cancel the order and instruct the card provider to refund your purchase cost and get the money back from Samsung for failure to deliver goods paid for.
