G9 240hz problem and PC wont recognize my 2nd samsung 980 pro

Hey

First and foremost, for some strange reason I can't run my g9 with 3090 on 240hz? I have DP 1.4 cable.

I haven't succeded in updating my screen with diff usbs. I talked to a friend he never upgraded his g9 but could run 240hz with no problems? I have tried disabling adaptive sync and g sync. I have tried basically everything there is out there to try?

And then to the other issue. My motherboard wont recognize my 2nd samsung 980 pro disc.

Ive tried to look for it in the bios and "activating" with no luck.

Ive tried looking in disc management but nothing shows up there either.

Please any tips regarding my issues are greatly appreciated by this time.

Regarding the 2nd nvme drive, check the M.2 slot isn't disabled by any plugged in SATA devices to ports that share the same PCI-E resources as the M.2 slot. You'll find this information in the motherboard manual. There's usually a bank of two SATA ports that causes this.

I dont have any other disks other than the 2 980 pro?

Should I in that sense disable all sata in bios? Maybe that will get it to work ?
