Change region on Samsung Monitor ViewFinity S90PC (27“) LS27C902PAUXEN

Hi.

I want to change region on my Samsung Monitor was bought on United Arab Emirates (Dubai) but now will be used on Austria.

I just want to add that Mute-Vol Up-Chanel Up-Mute is not working.

Please help.
