Just out of warranty and i logged a return. 86.00 before they look at it, no parts in the price and I pay the postage on a 27" curved monitor and to add salt to the wound the closest repair centre from Wales is in England.
Basically its a rental service for hardware as this is the second time I have had a failed monitor from them for a similar issue, failing parts that wont load the display menu and anything from the display ports.
Compare this to other brands that we retire in my place of work which are usually given to charities after 8 years service and you can see that Samsung aren't worth a w*** after 18 months.
Never, ever, ever will i purchase a product through my personal or business accounts and i recommend the same for others. Obsolesence is a real problem with these countries, something they are exploiting to the max, s**** products that should be avoided at all costs.
