Unable to view camera feeds using Alexa on soundbar

I have q930c soundbar with Alexa built in and used to be able to view Ring doorbell on my 2021 Samsung smart tv by saying ‘Alexa show me the doorbell on tv ’.  For the last couple of months it has stopped working, I keep getting ‘I’m not quite sure what went wrong’. If I press and hold the Alexa voice button on tv remote and say the command all works as it should it’s just when I ask the soundbar to do the task it doesn’t work.  I have tried uninstalling/ reinstalling the device in SmartThings and removing and adding skills in Alexa app etc but getting nowhere.  Anyone had this issue ?

Hey,

How did you even manage to setup the soundbar?

I have same model I have many timea reset linked to alexa but the soundbar never wakes up at all for Alexa voice commands.
