I have a Samsung Soundbar HW-Q950A since January 2022. For the past month it has been incressing the volume on its own a couple of minutes after being turned on. Even if I lower it again, it will raise a couple of minutes back to level "24". This happens when connected to eARC, WIFI, Bluetooth, it´s independent of the source. Firmware is updated to the latest version.
Aditionally, the ON/OFF button on the bar does not work. I can only turn it ON/OFF using the remote.
Can you help?
