Samsung soundbar deregistered and now stuck on reregistering

My soundbar Q990C randomly deregistered from smart things the other day. And now I am struggling to re register. It gets to stage above and then eventually times out... Any ideas?

That seems strange! Could we take the full model code of your Soundbar please? You can find this on a label at the back of the Soundbar.

I had a similar problem. Switch off both sound bar and TV. Unplug both leave for at least 30 seconds, plug everything back in, switch on, and try again. This should reset both and dhould now work.

I have it with Q800C. Set to wifi then try adding it.
