Hello, I wonder if anyone can help.
I purchased the Q990B home theatre systems today. It is connected via ARC to our LG TV.
I’ve set it up as per the correct settings etc, it works for a few mins then sound goes off. I’ve tried turning router off to see if any interference etc, tried with and with out rear speakers, I’ve also done the firmware update using USB. But it keeps dropping off. Any suggestions please.
