So which input to my Q930c soundbar is better from my 65" S95B oled TV for Q Symphony. Hdmi earc or optical?

Both should work but it's better to just go with eARC since optical has limited bandwidth hence unable to support more modern codecs eg. Dolby Atmos. You are better off going with eARC.
