HW-S800B Subwoofer loosing connection.

Hi, on the second day my Subwoofer startet to loose connection to the Soundbar. It happens randomely. Sometimes after 10sec, sometimes after 3min. The connection stays for like 1-2sec, then dropping out again. It makes the Soundbar useless. 

I‘ve tried allmost everything on Google. (Repair the Sub to the Soundbar, Update Firmware, etc).

How far  your Sub is from the soundbar? The closer the better.

Isn't there any obstacle between the sub and the bar? it may block the wireless signal and weaken the strength of the signal. 

The easiest way to know the issue is from signal strength is to get the sub closer to the bar and check whether the disconnection or drop-out gets better or not.

The Soundbar is allmost touching the Subwoofer. It‘s like 10cm away. I even moved it to the other side (still 10cm away). No results. 

So distance is not the reason for the error. Thank you!
