Samsung Duo EP-N6100

Can anyone be more use then the 4 times I have rang Samsung Customer services?

I just need the UK charger adapter for the EP-N6100 duo wireless charger.

I know a normal phone adapter does not work as most usually output 5v or 9v.

The wireless charger says input 12v 2.1amp.

I know the charger it came with was larger than the usual phone adapter. 

Samsung customer services just keep sending me a link to a normal 45w phone adapter which I am sure won't work as its max output is 9v. Also they give me a number for eSpares which is outdated.
