Hi,
I have an S7 Edge with a 64GB SD card. I have now bought a 128GB one that I want to upgrade to. I have copied the contents of the old CD card to my computer using USB (Music, films, and photos).
I am not sure of the correct process to set up the new card. My old card is not readable on my PC (I assume because it is encrypted) so I cannot simply copy the data from one card to another.
Is it as simple as putting the new card in my phone, formatting it then copying the data back via USB?
What worries me slightly is that there is a an Andoid folder with 500 sub folders and 16 files on the SD card. If I start up the phone and this is not present will it bugger up my existing apps?
Any advice happily received.
