Not all phones allow this option.
To see if yours allows this then go into...
Settings - Apps - Choose the App your wanting to move - Choose Storage - At the top it will say Storage used and where it is presently.
There will be a button named ‘Change’ which then allows it to be moved.
To add not all Apps can be moved even if the phone has this feature.
