galaxy buds plus

Has anyone else had there galaxy buds plus sound like there is little to no sound coming out of them or is it just me?

And if so what do i do to have them sound normal again

Had a similar problem with buds in the past, and nothing l did helped. This time, when it happened on a new pair, l made sure buds were clear of any wax and done a complete factory re set, and this time, it worked and could hear clearly again.
