I have a Auto-Rotation Wall Mount that has stopped working. It is the VG-ARAB22WMTXC with a 55" 2023 Frame TV. It was working fine but sometimes did come up with an error and stop half way. Now it has just stopped working.
I have reset it with the rest button on the mount and also reset it with the 'switch on and off 3 times' as per the instructions. The TV won't pair with it. It has power I have checked with a meter.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get it working? Thank you.

Hi, hope you get this sorted, just installed this on 55" Frame TV - Initially the 2 cables [power to the mount and multi interface cable] were snagging and, yes the TV stalled and then when back to it's start position. I did the turning on and off - buy realised I was not doing the complete cycle it asked for, IE. ALL the steps 3 times. Got everything back but had to resolve the cable snagging issue myself - No help from Samsung "experts", despite several attempts to get help. Goods luck
