I just upgraded from S22U to S24U. The new screen caused my eyes to strain and I experienced motion sickness/nausea after 5 minutes of usage. My settings are the same as on S22U. I am now trying the settings that you recommend here but it doesn't seem to be working. It is a great phone but useless if the screen doesn't work.
I have the same issues with MBP 16".

i has the same problem within 1 min of being on s22 ultra..I couldn't handle it anymore so I returned it..You won't get used to it..it's a horrible feeling but the phone is fantastic besides that problem...it also happens with Samsung flip 4 as well..

s22ultra and maybe the newer phones changed something to cause the nauseated 🤢 feeling when looking at the phones...

Most displays have an adaptive screen refresh rate now which is constantly changing how fast stuff is scrolling on the phone and although it may not be that noticeable but your brain can process it as inconsistent movement and can cause motion sickness.
