Hi good morning.
I wonder why no method to book service smoothly fastly online, iam inside uk. i got disability cant talk and dont know british sign language, need text to communicate, tried to book home repair or doorstep repair to change screen as it got bubbles under the folding line, it is manufacturer error and still warranty of course, i chased many methods chat bot etc all end by two options phone call or video sign call just to book the time and method , no wY to book or even pay extra fee to extra details or services. Any suggestions please.
