Wifi calling

Hi. I have an S9 which has the wifi call feature . When the 5g signal is low and even standing next to router I cannot make calls. This is realy frustrating me. Has anyone manged to get this feature to work properly.

let's have a look into this together. Are you able to browse any page or use any app correctly when that happens? Do you have any other devices connected to the router?

Wifi is working fine and other decices are conneced.

This situation is extrmely frustrating as i cannot make calls out or receive calls. The calls keep droping and i cant hear the caller.
