Why my buds 3 doesn't work?

Hey, I just got a pair of galaxy buds 3, sinde ive seen so many video online of their features like different active voice cancellation mode, voice control to pause,play a song or volume up and down. Just opened them, installed the wearable app but I don't have nothing of this options...why? Are those settings only for the galaxy buds 3 pro? My phone is a samsung A34 5g.

Could you check if, by connecting the Galaxy Buds to a different device, these functions turn out to be available?

In order to make some verifications, I ask you to contact me by private message and give me the serial number of the Galaxy Buds.

To send me a private message, if you are using the Samsung Members app, you will just press on the Expert's name to open the profile page and select Direct Message.

If you are using a browser, you will need to open Messages from the avatar in the upper right corner, click on “Compose a new message” and type expert's nickname in the “send to” field, in this case, I ask you to send it to Danilo_L.
