Hi, so my problem is, that when I take both of my earbuds out, only the right one has sound But my left earphone is not playing sound, but it is connected to my phone and i am able to change song and ask Google questions but there is no sound and plus my volume on both earbuds are all the way up or close meaning that sound can be heard when say playing music Finally when I'm playing music the sound only comes out my right earbud but not my left and also I can change the song and pause the song with my left earbud
