I'm having many issues with my galaxy buds, but one I can't figure out is why my galaxy buds app looks so much different than all the ones I see online. For starters, I don't see any battery status at the top and secondly whenever I try to turn on noise cancelling or ambient sound it says I need to have the buds in my ear, but they already are. I also can't reset the settings because it says my buds aren't charged enough, but they're fully charged. Any thoughts?
