Thank you for your message Maxe,

Also congratulations with the purchase of your Bud3 Pro.

Can you try to go to app ---> earbud settings ----> labs ---> relieve pressure with ambient sounds: OFF

Feel free to let us know if it worked.

With kind regards,

Ajay

Dear @Zazarla,

I have encountered the same issue, which is quite frustrating. However, I have returned the product due to numerous issues and bugs, including broken eartips and inconsistent volume levels between the buds. The left bud had superior sound quality, bass, and naturalness, while the right bud sounded peculiar.

Additionally, I experienced the whistling issue you described, which occurs when the noise-canceling microphone is accidentally touched while holding the bud. The microphone's sensitivity causes the bud's speaker to produce a loud whistling sound in the ear. I hope Samsung addresses this problem through a firmware update.

I have returned the product to Samsung and ordered a replacement pair because I genuinely appreciate their features and want them to function properly.

Hey Ajay,

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

I can't wait to try out the new Buds 3 Pro. My Buds 1 Pro are getting old and falling apart, so I bought the Buds 3 Pro, but I had to return them after a week.

I really hope these new ones live up to the hype this time. I also still haven't gotten my refund or price match (they told me to wait).

I'll hang tight and let you know what I think when I get them. I'm still pretty excited because the Buds 3 Pro seem really cool. I just hope Samsung can get the software/firmware sorted out since I had some issues with my last pair.

Me too experience this. I received mine this week. The sound is good + noise canceling superb compared to the buds 2.

But now and then this whistling starts and  is annoying and it even hurts a littlem

Hey Ajay, i am experiencing the same problem with the whistling, in my earbuds app under labs there is no such option as 'relieve pressure with ambient sounds'. Is this a feature that isnt yet brought to the Netherlands or is there another issue im not aware of?
