White screen when login in to Samsung account

I bought my Galaxy Watch today and I've paired it with my OnePlus6. No problems happened until I reached the login to my Samsung Account - a white screen appears and nothing happens. I can't download apps... Can you plese help? Already did the basic. Uninstall and reinstall, clear cache, reboot phone and watch...

Não houve nenhuma atualização da APP.

Acho que simplesmente devia ser um erro no servidor e agora testei e já funciona obrigado!

Sansung customer service seem to have been on long holidays on the isssue!!! 

My gear s3 whatch almost useless on iphone xs max!

I got it working after I followed this in my pixel phone 6a. The main thing missing was smartthings app which when installed properly opens up the signin page
