When is the Gear Sport update meant to arrive in the UK?

I've seen loads of other people with Gear Sports and Gear S3s show that they have an update that adds Bixby and some other features, but my Gear Sport doesn't seem to have it yet. Does anyone know when it's meant to arrive in the UK?
