I had an iPhone 7 and bought the samsung Watch active after making sure it worked as I wanted with the IPhone. I was very happy with it but after an upgrade I stopped receiving the whatsapp and SMS notifications on the phone. Now I changed to an iPhone 8 and hoped it would work again but the problem still exists. Is there any way to fix it?? I am very disapointed with this situation. Thank you
