what a scam!!!!!!

Hi guys just want to make you guys aware of a scam going on so went to telefonica 02 to get my new upgrade S20 with my active watch between 2/9/20 to 30/9/20 so i got it before that time tried to claim straight away to be told you had to wait 14 days. Then after that to phone samsung and they said im not eligible for the watch cause that retailer wasnt eligible for that promotion. Eh so what do you guys think???

my problem isnt the actual promotion its the false advertisement the shop had on. cause they were not eligable for that promotion in the first place. but they sold it as they did. wonder if anyone else has had that problem.

dishonesty is not the best policy

i have taken this to the complaints and they said its samsungs fault i have done everything right 02 said claimed in the appropriate time. so we will wait and see so guys just watch for these promotions and fingers crossed i get my watch 🙂
