BP measure facility is really keeping up with the real big boys/girls.
The accuracy is almost 98%, Vs high grade Cuff BP monitors, the occasional minor differences are definitely not going to make any difference to a medical decision positively or negatively (and this is a good reliability factor)
Only weakness (occasionally) after a major cardio session or postexercise hypotension (PEH) watch tends to go out a bit, but under general circumstances it really living up to Pro status 👏👏
Just for your information, above evidence is based on my personal experience, a man, relatively low body fat percentage comparing to an average, no tattoos on the wrist, healthy weight range, above average fitness range, no history of blood pressure, no cardiology related medical history, not on any prescribed medication etc
