What is the most accurate way to track a weight lifting session in S Health on Galaxy Watch? The individual exercise option is too hard to use and doesn't have what I do a way. I've tried Circuit Training, Weight Machines, and Other Workout with different results. Anyone know?
Also for Pickleball. Tennis? Racquetball? Other Workout? Looking for accurate stats.
