Wearable app on a galaxy phone with galaxy watch 4 / 5 auto backup not working

Hello,

There is a auto backup option in wearable app for galaxy watch 4 /5 but it never worked. Manual back up is working but auto is not. Please fix this Samsung, thanks.

It auto backed up for me yesterday night (my GW4 Classic and my phone (S22+) were charging at the same time) .

Check if charging your watch (along with your phone) triggers the auto back up on your watch).
