Wear OS on new watch

If, as rumoured, the new Galaxy watch 4 uses Google Wear OS, does that mean it will support Google Pay? Samsung Pay is the only bad thing on my Galaxy Watch, as my bank does not support it.

I hope it does include Google Pay. Life would be a whole lot easier. Although the new Samsung Pay Plus with Curve does mean you can register all bank cards. It's very fiddly though.
