Reset of Samsung Health app data solved the problem. Not enough just to delete cache.
Activ time and calories reset in the Samsung Health app almost immediately on the watch under Daily activity. It counts activity and activity calories burned, but then resets to 0 within minutes. It worked fine until a few days ago... No problems with the steps, and no problems syncing with phone.
Both app and watch is updated. And a total reset of the watch didn't helped.
