Watch5 pro pin lock

Been having an issue with the pin lock where sometimes when I lift my wrist to check the time or read a notification it asks for the pin. 

Tried turning it off but then it completely removes samsung pay then when I set it up again it asks for pin or pattern lock to be enabled to continue. 

Anyone else experienced this??

Hi,

Are you wearing it too loose? If the sensors cannot detect that you are wearing the watch, it will ask you for a pin.

Have you tried resetting the watch?

Well I think its on tight, I can slide a quarter of my index finger between the strap and my wrist without much force. Yeah I've done a reset but it just happens again. Very strange.

This is annoying as hell. I don't know why they didn't set the pin to only request when using Samsung Pay like they did with tizen

I think it's a malfunction, I had 5 pro (returned as Blood O2 was not working and waiting for a replacement) I did set up pin, did running and other daily tasks but never asked for pin, only when I removed the watch

If you have hair around your wrist, try shaving 😂😂
