I've just bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch4 as my old Galaxy Active's screen stopped working. I have been trying for hours to set it up and nothing seems to be working - it goes through the whole process until it gets to the end where the setup usually ends but the colourful dots just continue spinning and just not finising the setup.
I've so far tried:
- resetting the watch
- clearing cache on the watch
- uninstalling and re-installing Wearable app
- setting up the watch on my partner's Android (non-Samsung) phone (went through the whole process successfully!!)
- resetting and rebooting the watch to try on my S22 Ultra again and stuck at the exact same place again
Any ideas on what is going wrong and what can I do? I am close to giving up and returning the watch
