Please help... My galaxy watch active will not reconnect to phone once I go out of range and then return. To reconnect I have to open the phone.
The phones Bluetooth is always on even when the phone is asleep and other devices disconnect and reconnect without any issues.
I have tried:
1. resetting watch several times
2. Clearing cache of BT and restarting phone
3. Ensuring autoconnect is on in the phone's settings
4. Downloading apps with autoconnect features for Bluetooth and to keep bluetooth on and awake
I guess none of this works as the problem is with the watch not the phone.
It makes the watch pretty useless if it won't stay connected. I would expect a lot better from Samsung!!
