When I exercise, the heartrate is tracked by my watch and I assume because it's on my wrist it is tracking accurately  Great. But when I review on my phone, the details synced are totally different.

For example, I just worked out for about 50 minutes today. My watch had 9 min in maximum, 21:30 in Anaerobic, 18:50 in aerobic , 2:20 in Weight control and 30 seconds in low intensity.

When I review in my phone what's synced is totally different.  It has 20 seconds in maximum, 9:20 in Anaerobic, 25:40 in Aerobic, 15:40 in Weight control and 1 minute in low intensity.

This is really concerning as they're dramatically different and I want to track my workouts properly over the course of the workout and the week.

Photos attached from my watch and directly after screenshotting my phone.   This happens EVERY workout.

Also, I'm 52. Therefore my maximum should be 220-52=168.  The watch here has 170. My DoB is correct in the samsung profile. How do I fix that?20220201_202550.jpgScreenshot_20220201-202622_Samsung Health.jpg

And again.  My walk today---the reading on my watch when sync'd to my phone is totally different. This isn't okay and points to a much bigger problem with Samsung's products and software.20220202_095525.jpgScreenshot_20220202-095747_Samsung Health.jpg

Still happening. They're saying nothing they can do.... Just accept that Samsung Health is a buggy app and don't expect it to work. That's a really shoddy answer. Still happening.
