Twice the live chat has been ended by the agent for no reason and twitter support doesn't want anything to do with it.
One of the agents said I need to return everything on my order including my new s21 ultra and Galaxy watch 4 classic, which seems absurd!
Basically one pin is missing from one side of the silicone strap, the other is fine. Why is it so hard for it to be replaced?
Surely I am eligible for a refund/replacement/repair?
