Watch stopped working

I went to a swim park and as soon as my watch hit the water it started vibrating and next thing it was rebooting then it went off 😩 help I'm lost without it 😔

They are designed for very short time in water

Even though most say can be 1.5m deep for 30 mins, I would want my watch anywhere near water tbh

I've had it water before swimming ect and it's been absolutely fine! I'm aware of depth and timing, this happened as soon as I got in the water.

@nattnatt  Unfortunate but may be due to the fact it has been exposed a number of times.    After swimming in water it is advisable to  dry  with a soft clean cloth. If swimming in the ocean it should be rinsed in fresh water  and dried with the cloth.  That being said could still be a bit risky.  The Galaxy Watch Active 2 is generally  said to be suitable for low velocity  and shallow  water activities but not  high pressure.
