I did a software update on my watch 4 classic which made it not turn on so I booked it in for a pick-up repair,,has anyone else had this issue and if so how long did it take to be returned as I'm now on day 6 and I'm not to happy about the time it's taking to fix a problem not of my doing..
They said the same thing to me,, I think that just the procedure as I've today received my replacement watch and it was an upgrade from the Bluetooth one to the 4G ,hope you get the same result
Having the same issue. Update killed the watch wouldn't turn on or recognise it was connected to a charger. I've sent it back for repair under warranty. It's been quite quick so far only 4 days and they've already said it cannot be repaired. Just waiting for them to tell me the next step. Not bothered for an upgrade just want a working watch back.
