Watch sent back upon arrival as seal was broken and watch used

After 7 months of emails and sending the watch back , to be told sorry the offer has expired , we cant do anything about it , 
But i had the watch , sent it back to you as requested because it was open .
For such a well known company why does it take the customer to continually chase up .
This in itself is bad customer service

When I had a issue which customer could not resolve I ended up emailing the CEO page and that set of a sequence of events that had my issue resolved in a matter of days.

I'm in the UK so the page I used might be different to where you reside.
