Watch sent back upon arrival as seal was broken and watch used

After 7 months of emails and sending the watch back , to be told sorry the offer has expired , we cant do anything about it , 
But i had the watch , sent it back to you as requested because it was open .
For such a well known company why does it take the customer to continually chase up .
This in itself is bad customer service

You sent the watch back because it was opened and used. So where's your replacement? I would not be happy either, keep on at them until you get the watch you are owed. Its not good enough.

Yeah , and clearly stated on box if seal broken do not use , i have photos every email that ive sent plus extra emails to chase it up , just to be told the offer is no longer on ,
Well it was when they sent it and when i returned it back to them ,
Ive emailed so many times and just get told sorry , the offer is now closed

I would ring Samsung and actually speak to them. You are entitled to a replacement as the one received the seal was broke. It is bad customer service.
