Wondering if anyone else has been through the same with their watch.
I've been on many walks these last couple of weeks and each time my watch hasn't auto detected a workout. And it also hasnt recognized I have done any steps. I get home and have only gained 200 steps when my partner has gained 3000 on his.
Also my watch bezel when turned doesnt load up the home screen always either.
In this case it loads very slowly and then gets froze. I have to reboot it when this happens
Its very frustrating as I cant take it back for an exchange due to covid19 and the store being shut.
I have the smaller rose gold watch if this helps.
