Ok so I have the Watch Active 1, and my battery will be fine one day and use the right amount of battery (I usually get 2 days from it normally) but then I can put it on the charger and charge it to 100% and 30 mins later it is cutting off cause the battery is dead. Is this from the update? Cause to be honest thats when it all started. I have and samsung phone so I dont know whats going on. Do I need to call the warranty dept since I have only had the watch for like 8 months? Or is there an update to fix this issue.
