Hi there, dont no if anybody else has had the same issue, purchased s20 , received my free active watch , only to find the seal had been opened, no protective cover on face and marks on strap, emailed , called text samsung , to be told there is nothing they can do because its a promotinal offer .
Just wandered if anyone else has had the same issue .
that doesn't sound right to me and I would advise contacting our Promotions Team by email at email@example.com or by phone on 0333 016 5171 (UK) or 01582 0721 (ROI) to get this replaced.
hi TessM thx for reply, i have emailed over a week ago ,heard nothing so called today, il try the email again , they will only send a new watch if the one they sent is faulty, even though it states on the box , do not use if seal is open .
