2 month old active 2.

Screen now unresponsive, it seems to register touches on it's own.

I can leave the watch alone on the table and see the screen jumping about.

Tried a reboot and factory reset.

Any ideas ?

Hey @Robbo5! Do you have a protective cover or any other accessories on your touch screen? Also, ensure that your hands are always clean when using the smartwatch. Residue, dirt or liquids on your hands could be preventing your finger from being registered on the touch screen. Are you using the tips of your fingers to touch the smartwatch?

I have the exact same problem, did you find any solution to this?

I am having the same issue. Got in January and now it is moving screens all on it's own.  Cannot even wear anymore.  Thought it may have been an issue that maybe an update would fix but it says I am up.to date.  So frustrated as well. Loved it up until now.  Havent found anything that would help resolve. If anyone else knows please advise.

I use my watch for exercising and swimming

I have the same problem, being that the watch boots up and the screen starts flashing black and white. This is the second year i had it and few days ago i started having the problem.

I had the exactly the same problem with my previous galaxy watch 46mm which eventually died.

I also have the watch 3 and i am realy sceptical about using it in the water and actully considering selling it off and buying somthing more reliable.

My watch suddenly stopped doing this after approx 1 month since my last post.

Yesterday i updated the watch, and now its back with the exact same issue.

Its so freakin frustrating, i think im gonna buy myself a garmin watch next time.

This watch is too expensive to be this crappy.
