Watch Active 2 - No Mapping Data

Hello Guys,

I just realized that when I used SS Health app on Active 2 to run.

It did not have Mapping Data after I finished.

I called Customer Support, and they told me Active 2 is no longer support Mapping Data on SS Health.

I can't believe on what he said.

This is insane. Anybody has a solution for this?

my maps show ion my galaxy watch but not on Samsung health app, but it used to.

I have this problem for open water swimming on samsung watch 46mm to galaxy note 9. it works fine for run and ride but not swim and I have no idea why. support is poor.
