Usually we (UK) don't get invited to the watch beta program, but you never know.
Things change.

There is a Watch beta program that started yesterday.
But as @Blessed4life said, it's only available in certain countries

Currently the Beta is only available in Korea and the USA
No plans to bring it out in other countries

It might be a bit of a gripe but the Galaxy watch Betas have tended to be confined to  the US and South Korea (important markets but not the only significant ones), need to see if this changes in the future.
